I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is fantastic and made it easy to explore the city, the service could certainly use some improvement. The room was comfortable, but there were some cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall stay. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location near BTS Asok and Terminal 21 Mall is fantastic, making it easy to explore Bangkok. However, the service was inconsistent, with some staff providing excellent assistance while others lacked enthusiasm. The room was decent but faced some cleanliness issues, particularly with the bathroom smelling unpleasant at times. Overall, it offers good value for money, particularly for the location, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The hotel is really close to Asok BTS station, making it very convenient for transport and shopping. The rooms are spacious with good amenities, but some parts of the hotel feel outdated and could definitely use better maintenance. Breakfast options were decent, and I appreciated the custom egg orders, but the overall dining experience was rather average. Although there were some hiccups, the hotel offers good value for money considering the pricing.
