daily water quick taxi excellent breakfast
The room I stayed in provided plentiful water bottles daily. Staff helped find taxis quickly. I appreciated this service. Breakfast provided excellent food and service.
The pillows were very soft. I prefer firmer pillows.

location good, but a bit rough
pool closure worn furniture
the pool said it was open. it wasnt. i found out when i checked out. also, the hotel is supposedly renovated, but the wooded furniture looked like it came from my grandma house. its also very worn. the noise was also annoying.

The staff members were very friendly and always ready to assist. I had a spacious corner room. It provided great city views. The location is convenient because it is close to Terminal 21 Mall and the MRT.
I noticed some wear and tear. The hotel could use a bit of updating.

spacious room delicious variety convenient location
the room was a haven of comfort with a large space and thoughtful interior design, i found this perfect after a long day exploring. breakfast offered such a lovely variety and everything felt fresh and high quality. its convenient location near markets and restaurants also made everything so easy and accessible.
it did impact the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of my room.

location fine, hotel a bit tired
credit card refund delay
I was expecting a better experience. after i checked out, the refund didn't arrive. staff also tried to charge me for drinks at the bar that i didn't have. VERY frustrating.
